Description :
The engaged artist MaxiDiouf is very concerned about the fate of endangered animals. That's why he decided to put his talent at the service of these animals. In his desire to show the importance of preserving animal species, he painted this red Panda which is also a threatened species.

The red panda, a protected species belonging to the Ailuridae family, is an omnivorous mammal that feeds mainly on bamboo but also birds, eggs, flowers. It is native to the Himalayas and southern China. It is sometimes called the little panda or the red bear cat. It looks like a domestic cat (bigger) with distinctive marks on his long, soft and colorful fur.

The number of red panda continues to decline each year due to deforestation of their habitat and poaching. These "irresponsible" practices of human beings are devastating for the ecosystem and all its inhabitants, including humans themselves.

The painting technique used by MaxiDiouf is very original because it is a combination of recycled plastics, recycled fishing nets and acrylic.
